The staff was super helpful. They really were very good! the location was amazing for seeing the sights. it was right across from the barbican, a total win!
the room felt a little run down for a hotel with so many stars, i must say. the decor wasn't the best, kind of underwhelming. there weren't any bath robes in the room either!

the location was good, especially being close to liverpool station.
i booked a beautiful double room, but it had a view of a wall and air-conditioning pipework (quite disappointing). the front desk was unhelpful when i complained and showed me another room, still without city views. the bed and pillows were terrible.

The in-room safe was a bit small, barely accommodating my laptop.
