Really good Stay

Danielle was professional. She was helpful with all my requests. My room was a gorgeous large comfortable space. I found the location to be perfect. The breakfast each morning was lovely.
The male staff on reception were not cute during check in. I was asked for proof of ID, which I provided, but it felt unnecessary. Gaining access to my room involved walking across a courtyard. I then had to take a side door. I also used a lift and a maze of stairs.

The building itself is quite beautiful and historic. I particularly enjoyed the small details that added to the overall quality of my stay. Everything looks very stylish and new.

The breakfast waitresses were friendly. They were efficient in serving my family. Juliana and her colleagues delivered excellent treatment. I received a high level of professionalism. I am thankful for their help.

The air conditioning also did not function (i was really upset). To make matters worse, there was a very noisy generator outside the window.

the hotel is close to the barbican tube station (just a two-minute walk). the jugged hare pub is conveniently around the corner. my room was stylish and super clean. i found the bed comfortable.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. they fulfilled my request for an early check-in around 10.30am, rather than 3pm. they also upgraded my room to one with windows that opened. the hotel location is excellent. It is very central for getting to all areas and a very interesting neighborhood.
the wifi in my room was barely there or not working, not enough bandwidth to download emails.

The staff was super helpful. They really were really nice! the location was amazing for seeing the sights. it was right across from the barbican, a total win!
the room felt a little run down for a hotel with so many stars, i must say. the decor wasn't the best, kind of underwhelming. there weren't any bath robes in the room either!

the location was good, especially being close to liverpool station.
i booked a beautiful double room, but it had a view of a wall and air-conditioning pipework (quite disappointing). the front desk was unhelpful when i complained and showed me another room, still without city views. the bed and pillows were terrible.
